Tickets Are Now on Sale for our first public investigation of the season at the Historical Museum of St. James-Assiniboia. Come Investigate with Us! Once again, the Winnipeg Paranormal Group is partnering with the Historical Museum of St. James-Assiniboia to host public investigations on their historical property. Join us this summer to see if you can catch the sound of laughter or the sight of a past prisoner in the holding cell. There’s so much history in this one location, ready for you to investigate. You will get the chance to learn how to use our equipment on your very own investigation with the guidance of the Winnipeg Paranormal Group. Come join us the last Thursday of every month for some chills and thrills at Little Brown Jug Brewing Company, 7-9 p.m. Share if YOU dare at this Open Mic Night. We’d love to hear your own true paranormal experience or a ghost story you’ve written, or simply come to listen. 2023 Public Investigations Last year, we explored and investigated three different buildings on the property, some which were more active than others, depending on the night. Participants used some of our audio and video equipment to see what they could capture. Lots of interesting activity took place throughout the season and some of it was shared with us. It was owned by William Brown and Charlotte Omand. The main house is furnished with period pieces from 1860-1890.
